The title says it all! My first band, The Mostly Harmless? was referred to on multiple occasions (by multiple people) as "The Ed Wood of Alabama Punk Rock". These tunes were recorded circa 1998(?). What we lacked in skill, we made up for in enthusiasm. We made tons of demos outta our live rehearsal tapes recorded on a boombox (sometimes a karaoke machine). Each new demo would essentially feature what we considered to be the best take at that time of each song plus any new ones. Most of the tapes are long gone. We sucked, but I kinda loved that band. I have also been told on multiple occasions (by multiple people) that we were influential because we were so bad and still played anyway! -Adam
